How to start an exchange
Before anything else: write to us on WhatsApp (+54 387 858 9111) or on Instagram (@baza.concepto) and we'll give you the exact instructions. We handle every case by hand.
We do exchanges, not refunds
The piece must be in the same condition it was received. You coordinate the exchange with us on WhatsApp or Instagram.
Shipping
Shipping the original piece back to BAZA is on the customer. Shipping the exchange to the customer's address is on BAZA — no exceptions.
How the flow works
- You write to us on WhatsApp and tell us what happened.
- We send you the shipping address in Salta.
- Once we receive the piece, we ship the exchange to your address.
Important
Purchases cannot be cancelled, which means refunds are not accepted. Only exchanges for another BAZA piece.
