How do I take my measurements if I'm ordering remotely?
You only need a regular measuring tape. We take hips, waist, full garment length, bust and back. We walk you through it step by step over WhatsApp if you have any questions.
How long until I receive my piece?
If the piece is in stock, you'll receive it in 2 to 5 business days (shipping via OCA or Correo Argentino, depending on destination). Made-to-measure or custom pieces add 7 to 10 business days of crafting from the moment you confirm your measurements.
Do you offer exchanges or returns?
You have 7 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to request an exchange. The piece must be unused, with its tags and original packaging. Made-to-measure pieces are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
How do I care for a BAZA piece?
Leather should not be washed with water. To clean it, use a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Every 6 months, apply a neutral leather conditioner. With that care, your piece lasts decades.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide upon quote. Write to us at bazatienda@gmail.com with your full address and we'll send you the cost and delivery time. It usually takes 7-15 business days depending on the country.
